Normal Shipping Charges For Domestic USA orders:
We process orders multiple times through out the day (Monday through Friday). Ship out will be with in 24 hours after an order is processed!
All orders will be shipped out USPS priority flat rate and shipping times will vary between 1-5 business days ( usually closer to 1-3 days, call us if you want us to see how soon it will get to you). Regardless of the option there are will not be ship outs on Saturday or Sundays. Shipping cut off times are at 3:00 pm Central Time Zone. We can not ship to post mailboxes at this time.
*please note any clearance items will have a shipping charge, even if it does not charge it at the time, fortuity may have to add an additional charge later*

We do ship internationally through USPS. Rates vary from country to country and depending on weight.

FREE RETURNS and EXCHANGES
We hope you love your purchase, if not do not worry we will refund or exchange items for store credit and the shipping cost will be on us! These items must fit the following conditions:
- Be unworn, odor, and damage free.
- Within 5 days of delivery for a full refund, within 30 days of delivery date you may get store credit or exchange .
- Original tags on.
- Original conditions
Non – exchangeable items include:
- Sticky bras
- Clearance items or final sale items ( anything 50% off)
- Body suits
- Hair accessories
- Intimates: underwear, swimwear, etc
To get a full refund back please follow these instructions
1. Refunds for money back must be claimed and sent back within 5 days of the date delivered. If it its later than 5 days and up to 30 days after delivery, you may exchange your items or get store credit that never expires.
2. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 913-219-0112 with subject refund with in the 5 days after you have received.
3. We will email you a return label and you will need to ship the items back to us, in the original condition.
4. Once received we will contact you to let you know that status of the refund or exchange
If you receive incorrect or manufactured defective items, all claims must be within the first 7 days of delivery.
